I recently viewed a YouTube post of a TED convention talk on living to 100. Well, they do admit the chances of living to 100 are small, but it’s an interesting discussion of the lifestyle issues that are more likely to get you to 90+. Perhaps equally important, the extra longevity comes free. Yes, you heard me, free. As I’ve said in the past, death is cheap and longevity is associated with dramatically increased health care costs. But these vigorous “supergenarians” (you heard it here first, folks) usually die suddenly, in their sleep, or so the lecturer says.

It’s a great talk and only costs about 20 minutes of your time. You’ll easily make that back with a single tip.
